The Certificate in CU: Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct highlights the critical importance of addressing these harmful behaviors within communities and institutions. Discrimination, whether based on race, gender, sexuality, or disability, erodes the values of equality and fairness, creating an environment of exclusion and harm. Sexual misconduct not only violates personal boundaries and trust but also reinforces a culture of power imbalances and fear. By focusing on prevention, education, and intervention, this certificate equips individuals with the knowledge and tools to create safer, more inclusive spaces where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

One of my proudest achievements was organizing and leading a group through my Eagle Scout project, where I not only honed my leadership skills but also contributed meaningfully to my community. Additionally, I supported other major projects and events within the troop, collaborating with fellow scouts to ensure their success.
